You should start with the 30 minute setting that encourages frequent tries so that over time they learn the positive applause and encouragement when they are successful. Once your child knows what a full bladder feels like you can adjust the timer to the 90 minute setting. Soon you can turn off the timer altogether. SUCCESS!!!
