PUL fabric, otherwise known as polyurethane laminated fabric, is a laminated fabric with a waterproof backing. It provides a waterproof barrier that can survive multiple washings. It allows for a good stretch, complete waterproofing, and is still comfortable enough to wear next to the skin.
